Topic: URT and it’s impact in the workplace (URT: when interacting, people need information about the other party in order to reduce their uncertainty.)
Brief Synopsis of Program: We’ll discuss what URT is, why we should learn about people’s cultures, and how we can apply URT to promote a more inclusive workplace.
