SAHRA sponsorship packages

Become a partner and supporter of our programming and enjoy the value of having your companies’ services shared with and promoted to the SAHRA membership at-large.  All packages combine recognition on SAHRA’s webpage and social media with exhibit space and interaction opportunities at your selected SAHRA event.  Below is a brief introduction to our events and opportunities. SWMO Human Resources Conference –

• Annual full-day conference event, traditionally hosted in mid-April in Springfield MO
• Features national or regionally recognized presenters for the opening and closing session, plus nine educational track sessions on topics related to leading self, others and organizations
• Attendees will represent approximately 200 local HR professionals, practitioners, and business leaders and 75 sponsor representatives
• Attendees receive a conference bag and when sponsored a printed book resource written or recommended by the keynote speaker.
• Conference sponsorship packages range from $6,000 - $600 to provide the best match in preferred attendee interaction and promotional goals. Non-profits are welcome to participate with a rate of $300.

Professional Development Seminar –

• Two half day professional development seminars are held each year, traditionally hosted in February and October
• Featuring one-two presenters on a topic relevant to current HR challenges; 2023 seminars were legislative updates and DEI
• When sponsored, attendees will receive a printed book resource written or recommended by the presenter
• Attracts between 75-100 attendees
• Professional Development packages* range from $1,500 - $500 (Non-Profit -$250), limited to 4 sponsors per seminar

Sponsor Spotlights Meeting –

• Eight monthly lunch meetings are held each year from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
• Provides additional flexibility in sponsoring at a time that aligns with your business schedule
• Offers opportunity to have direct engagement with attendees with for a small time commitment
• Attracts 45-75 attendees each meeting
• Sponsor Spotlight Meeting packages are $500, or $250 for a non-profit; limited to one Basic and one Basic Non-Profit per meeting

Benefits & Compensation Programs –

• Three monthly programs are offered as a breakfast meeting or afternoon snack and learn, traditionally hosted between May and September
• Supports SAHRA in providing a free source of compensation data to all SAHRA members who elect to participate each year with the cooperation of AIMM.
• Provides additional flexibility in sponsoring at a time that aligns with your business schedule
• Offers opportunity to have direct engagement with a more intimate group of attendees with a small time commitment
• Attracts 15-35 attendees each meeting
• Benefits & Compensation Program package is $400; limited to one sponsor per program
