Brief Synopsis of Program: To develop a broader understanding of Ethics in the Human Resources role and how it works synergistically with policy and compliance in protecting people, the organization and the profession.

Trisha Sisk, Transparity Group LLC


Trisha Sisk is a senior Human Resources professional specializing in HR technology, systems optimization, and strategic people operations. With more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations ranging from startups to enterprises with over 30,000 employees, she helps leaders align workforce strategy with business objectives while improving compliance, efficiency, and the employee experience.

As an executive at Transparity Group, Trisha provides fractional HR leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including talent optimization, HR HRIS selection and implementation, benefits administration, compliance, and change management. She also serves as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on navigating specific employee relations issues, guiding managers through complex situations with practical, compliant, and business-aligned recommendations.

She is a Predictive Index Certified Partner and is known for leveraging data and technology to improve hiring outcomes, reduce turnover, and streamline HR processes. Her background includes senior HR and HRIS leadership roles with organizations such as Broadcom, Alliance HealthCare Services, Ensign Services, Willis Towers Watson, and Insperity, where she advised executive teams and managed complex, large-scale HR initiatives. Trisha holds degrees from Shepherd College and Marshall University and is recognized for her practical, business-focused approach to Human Resources.
