She also serves as Director of SAHRA’s Culture and Connection Committee, championing initiatives that empower employees—especially those from diverse backgrounds—to thrive.
A proud dog mom, TV enthusiast, and Enneagram 4, Marah is passionate about reshaping the employee experience. Her top goal in HR is to inspire organizations to think creatively and compassionately in removing barriers to authenticity at work.
